Juneau, Alaska Day 4

We had our first day off the ship in Juneau, Alaska.  Capitol of Alaska, very touristy town, and beautiful nature and glaciers.  Saw a Harley Davidson store as soon as we got off so I had to buy a t-shirt for Jonathan.  Sierra meeting the "bear" as we got off.

 This picture below reminds me of a painted picture.  Almost didn't seem real, but it was and so majestic.

 In awe here...so gorgeous...our God is sure an amazing artist.  The glacier on the left and a waterfall on the right.

 Eric enjoying the view...poor guy had to do crutches for his heel most of the trip.  Such a sport dealing with it all.

 Closer view of the glacier and falls.  Rachel and I hike it, fast I might add, together while others graciously stayed back with kiddos.  Such an invigorating hike and beautiful view.

 Cousins looking out the back of the bus...on the bottom right the "Tram."  Jonathan, Sami, Liam, Mariah, Sierra, Jena, and Brian all went up the mountain.

 View above while going up in the tram.  Wow, the pine trees were enormous and were growing in a mountain slop of 80 degrees.  Things you don't see anywhere else.

                                        

So we took a group shot and I laugh looking at it because one, Sierra didn't want to do it at all, and two you can't even see the view behind us, the purpose for taking it there.  Oh well. :)
