Sierra's first day of Pre-K. My baby's last year before she starts elementary school. Sigh, bittersweet for this mama. She was so excited to start back this year.
Brother wanted to get in on the picture action too.
Sierra's Daddy told her he would like to be around this morning to take her to school with us. She was over the moon excited! I tell you this job is offering some sweet moments to this family. So thankful for his initiative in suggesting/doing things like this too.

Sierra's Daddy also suggested that we go out for breakfast this morning. Boy, if she wasn't excited before she was hyper excited after that. We went to McDonalds. I don't think she's ever eaten breakfast at McDonald's before. We all ended up with McGriddle sandwiches.
Then it was off to school...Sierra is in Mrs. Ann Marie's class this year. The director Chris said she came in confident and polite and sweet and said she has loved watching her grow. Made my day hearing that. She had a great day and is already bonding with old and new friends.
