For Sierra's 4th Birthday she requested a Princess Party. This was her first "real" party with friends invited. We had crowns for each girl as they walked in the door and sugar cookie wands I made to take as parting gift.
We made princess cupcakes for the big day!
Here is our princess decked out and ready to party! Of course we had to get shots with Mommy and Daddy too.

Miss Amanda, our neighbor and one of our babysitters does a great job with kids and nails so we asked her to take on the task. She painted such cute hearts, polka dots, flowers and smiley faces for the girls.
Sierra with her neighborhood and tumbling class buddy, Norah.
Cinderella was the BIG surprise guest at the party. Sierra did not know ahead of time she was coming. When she was at the door she was in awe and just kept staring at her. But knowing our little lady you know it took her little time to warm up and talk non stop to her. Comments like, "I want to dance with you" "I am so excited you came to my party" "I want Cinderella not you to tie my necklace" were coming out of her mouth.
Cinderella did several activities with the girls. One was reading stories together.
Sierra and her preschool buddy Sydney
They also did some singing and dancing as a group. Sierra got a few individual dancing moments with her which she absolutely LOVED!

Cinderella also did some face painting for all the girls. Below is buddy, Hannah having her turn.
They also got to make a bead necklace.
To say Sierra was happy to have, as she tells everyone the "Big Princess Cinderella" at her party would be an understatement. She literally would not take a nap that afternoon because she was crying in her bed for Cinderella. So I think we made the right choice for this little princess.
We got a pretty good family shot with 3 out of 4 looking at the camera for the birthday song and cupcake time.
Group shot of the girls with Cinderella. There were 10 little ones. We really tried to go with who Sierra wanted at the party. It would have been easy to invite another 10 girls to join in the fun but alas we had plenty and surprisingly not one melt down and problem the whole time.
Brother did great hanging out in Daddy's arms the whole time and loved touching sissy's presents afterwards.
A memorable party for sure!
