This past weekend we took out our Christmas decorations. Sierra is really aware of it all this year and its fun getting to include her in it all. To the left is a wreath I made this year.
Sierra got to decorate her own little tree for her room. She is quite proud of it. It sits on her little red table in her bedroom. We always had a tree to decorate as kids and it'll be a tradition we pass onto our kids.
Sierra was all about putting ornaments on the "big" tree too. In fact, she was putting them on so fast and in one area that we had to slow her down and "assist" her a little.
If you come to our house you will find more clumped at the bottom in the front, but that's a fun memory in itself. Ornaments on our tree often hold a memory of some sort so I enjoy putting them out and thinking about our trip somewhere, or the significance it holds to something in our life. We have several handmade ones on the tree too. Love it!

One special moment for us was putting up our two ornaments made for Jameson. To the left are the angels made for my kids, one for Sierra and one for Jameson by their Great Grammy. On the right are the shoes Pam and Phil had made for us as well. It brought tears to my eyes but smiles as well as I know he'll always be a part of our Christmas each year in a small way. I love getting to see Christmas through Sierra's eyes this year. So magical and exciting in new ways. It's wonderful having Jonathan home with us to experience it with us. Blessed!
