The Ship and Victoria

Ok last post of pictures from the cruise.  I took some pictures the last day of parts of the ship we spent more time in and then pictures of Victoria our last stop off the ship before we headed back to Seattle.
Thursday morning we all got up early and surprised Eric up stairs in the Lido with some birthday presents.  His birthday was the 3rd of June and we were together a few days before that and don't often get to celebrate with him these days so it was nice getting too.

Rachel surprised him with his 3rd wedding ring.  Yes, Eric has had a bit of troubles in losing them in large bodies of water. :)
Sierra with her Uncle Eric.  Sierra with one of our servers during breakfast and lunch, Dwi.  They enjoyed each other.

View of our dining experience for breakfast and lunch...our corner and below looking out into the rest of the eating area, Lido.

The pool area we where we spent a lot of time.  They had tables to sit and eat at around it too and below is Sierra by the very large chess set out by the pool too.
The kids LOVED doing the steps often...
Yes there was a casino on the ship, didn't participate at it at all.  Not sure any of our family did, but it was there and the smokers hung out there too.
Ocean's Lounge below...we saw lots of shows here.
On the left my mojito...yum, Sherwin did a great job with it.  On the right is us "big" kids out in Victoria.  Mimi and Bapa graciously offered to watch the little kids this last night so we could all get off and enjoy Victoria.

We didn't get into Victoria until 7:30PM that night.  So we wanted to make the most of our short time there.  After much discussion we went with renting a limo for an hour and a half to take us around and show things. I think we all thought it ended up being the best decision to the see the most in a short period of time.

We got to see the largest totem pole in the world.  It was at least 124ft. but it might have been larger I can't quite remember.
The governor of the state's house.  Beautiful grounds you could walk around on.

Pictures from around on the grounds.

Baby ducks by the water...so cute.  Jonathan felt the need to touch them.  They weren't down with that idea.

 Sisters...
Castle in Victoria.  Brian especially liked seeing it since both X-men movies were filmed here.

 Different views of the castle.

Our Limo driver took us to an area where you could gaze out and see the city across the water.  Beautiful!

In the girl's shot you see any extra person.  That is Kelly, a friend made on the ship that shared the limo with us.

Our limo...not the newest one, but it did its job.
Our ship the last night before we headed back to Seattle.
All of our luggage as we headed to the bus.  A wonderful trip!
