Walk to Remember

 Today was the Walk to Remember here in San Angelo.  It is a walk for those who have lost a baby.  I have been blessed to become friends with two lovely ladies, Monica and Jennifer who have also had the sad loss of losing their sons, Dorian and Sam.  We have had some great conversations and are now life long friends.

 

My ever present and faithful friend, Sarah, asked if she could come along on the walk with us.  She blesses me in so many ways. We did a walk from the local City Park to the memorial at the Shannon Hospital.  There was probably 50 people or so.  They plant a new rose bush each year and you can place a personal note to your loss one in the hole before they plant the rose bush.  Good day with close friends.
